THE MESSAGE… [Note: This blog is companion to my YouTube presentation: "The Message".]
As this essay collection by now clearly attests, my abiding fascination for flying saucers and the adventurous notion of meeting beings from outer space reaches way back to my days as a kid raised in the Fabulous Fifties! But this science-fiction enchantment was not fully realized until adulthood when one fateful April morning in 1980 I met a real-life UFO investigator in Tucson, Arizona. His name was Wendelle Stevens and he was a retired Air Force Lt. Col., who claimed to have the world’s largest archive of UFO photos and, not to mention, more than thirty years experience in ferreting out ‘flying saucer’ mysteries under his belt.
I spent perhaps two or three hours visiting with Col. Stevens that day, and now looking back after all these years, I can see that first meeting was like taking the ‘red pill’ in the movie ‘Matrix’–I’ve been tumbling down the ‘rabbit-hole’ ever since. My whole perception of life and ‘reality’ has never been the same.
What Wendelle shared with me that day struck me as stupendous. He was in the midst of personally investigating an ongoing case in Switzerland; that of a one-armed farmer, named Billy Meier, who was having face-to-face contact with human-type aliens who claimed to come from the Pleiades star system in the constellation, Taurus.
Based on the evidence Wendelle had compiled up to that point; photographs, metal samples, landing tracks, sound recordings and multiple eye-witness testimony, it appeared that he had stumbled upon the premier event of the millennium–actual alien contact from outer space!
Inexorably I found myself sucked into this grand tale of high adventure, thus inspiring my own odyssey into serious UFO illustration and investigation that has spanned almost three decades. Yet my original fascination with the contact case in Switzerland remains undiminished. Given that this case might in fact be real–who were these beings from the Pleiades? What was their mission? Why would such advanced aliens fly 500 light years across space to visit the humans of Earth? According to the Swiss contactee, the Pleiadian visitors were making their presence known to Earth humanity; not as menacing ‘invaders’ or heavenly ‘saviors’, but rather to impart a simple… message.
Meier kept meticulous notes of his conversations with the beautiful female cosmonaut named, Semjase, who assured she was no more human than we Earthlings, and claimed her intent was merely to share the understanding that Earth humans are not the only “rational, thinking beings in the universe”, and that ALL life in the universe springs from a single, common source. Or, to put it in her words…
”Above everything stands one force alone. We call it the Creation. It regulates the laws over all–the life and death of everything in the universe, because it is everything in the universe.
Real spirituality comes from the understanding of the laws of nature; the natural working of cause and effect–each contributing to, and sharing with all. When you indulge in ritual and ceremony real spirit pines away until it is gone. By creative thinking, man acquires knowledge and wisdom and a sense of unlimited strength, which unbinds him from the limitations of convention and dogma.”
“…One can never identify God separately from creation because God itself is a part of it…
A spiritually developed being, as part of creation, acknowledges creation in all things, even the smallest microbe, and leading a creative life causes fears and doubts to vanish like rain before the sun.”
“The Earth-human who has consciously allowed himself to reason and think, has walked forward in the steps of evolution. Today he has stepped out of this [limited] level and has gained greater reasoning and understanding. Evolution demands that he make use of these forces… but indeed, they are only utilized to their full extent through spiritual development.”
“A human may deliver himself from all ignorance, if he generates the will to seek the truth… The only thing limiting the Earth-human, is the Earth-human himself.”
Such was the wisdom of Semjase–gentle metaphysical homilies from across the galaxy–but was she imparting insights unique to her ‘Pleiadian’ culture or could such sage wisdom be discovered closer to home?
Curiously, as Wendelle was in the midst of translating Billy Meier‘s ‘Pleiadian’ teachings from German to English, a blockbuster Hollywood space opera–the sequel to ‘Star Wars’ titled ‘The Empire Strikes Back’–introduced us to a diminutive fictional alien who was also sharing oddly similar philosophical insights… Jedi-master, YODA.
“Judge me by my size do you? Hm? And well you should not, for my ally is the Force. And a powerful ally it is. Life creates it; makes it grow. It’s energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you…”
Of course, Yoda simply echoed the teachings we’d already learned three years earlier from the Jedi wizard/mentor, Obi-wan-Kenobi, in the original space epic–‘Star Wars’…
“The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. Its an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us. It penetrates us, and binds the galaxy together.”
Obi-wan; “Remember, a Jedi can feel the Force flowing through him.”
Luke Skywalker; “You mean it controls your action?”
Obi-wan; “Partially. But it also obeys your commands… You‘ve take your first step into a larger world.”
Was I starting to perceive a ‘larger world’…? Was Obi-Wan’s ‘Force’ a reference to the same energy field that Semjase called…‘Creation’?
It wasn’t long before the word “Pleiadian” became synonymous with, ‘spiritual enlightenment’, thanks in great measure, to actress Shirley MacLaine. With her best selling book, ‘Out On a Limb’ and its subsequent TV movie, Shirley shared her own deeply personal quest into self-discovery and Pleiadian philosophies. In her story, through a ‘composite’ character named ‘David’, she is introduced to these ‘alien’ insights and at first finds them totally threatening to her own ideals and lifestyle. Yet after an intense emotional confrontation and rejection of David’s ideas, Shirley begins to question the value of how we generally accept our lives…
“Did I identify myself with what I couldn’t understand, or by what frightened me? Or could life actually be defined more by its possibilities than its limitations? And was I on the threshold of understanding that there might be people out there who actually lived that way–with no sense of limitation?”
And, through Shirley’s narrative, again we hear that resonant ‘Pleiadian’ theme that all life has a common, universal source…
“He [David] talked about the unseen energy that [Mayan] and the Pleiadians had learned to work with. He called it the divine ‘God-Intelligence Force’ said the energy of that God-Intelligence and the energy of the human soul were made up of the same characteristics. [He went on to say] Technology without an understanding of God is destructive. Technology with an understanding of God is virtually unlimited. And everybody–each of us–in our own souls; in our own hearts, knows that, because our heart, our soul, is a reflection of God. The Divine Force is what the soul is made of.”
Shirley, for her part, had been equally fascinated by stories of the Swiss Pleiadian UFO case and had personally visited Meier’s farm near Zurich and talked with Billy himself. No doubt a large measure of her ‘David’ character was developed from that visit. And yet Billy Meier was not the only individual claiming to have visitation with Pleiadian travelers…
In June of 1974, one year earlier than Billy Meier’s claimed Pleiadian contact, a free-lance Hollywood promoter by the name of Charles Silva, claimed to have been approached by a ‘Pleiadian’ female while on holiday in Peru. In his book “Date With the Gods”, Silva tells of a chance encounter with a petite, enigmatic beauty calling herself “Rama” who was tooling the Peruvian back-roads on a Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle! Fascinated by her outrageous audacity and mysterious charm, Silva struck up a companionship with this girl only to discover she was not of this world. After finally winning Silva’s confidence, Rama revealed her identity as a Pleiadian and even allowed him a ride on her flying saucer. Through the course of their many discussions Rama shared with Silva the secrets of Pleiadian cosmology which curiously parallel the teachings of Billy Meier’s Semjase…
“This [energy] is your soul, your spirit, what you are, what I am, what we all are. Our human bodies are made of atoms; our spirit is made of [energy]…
When physicists in your world get to know and understand this field of science; when they’re thoroughly convinced that the soul of the human body is a part of God, made solely and exclusively of [energy], then they’ll have to define God as a great positive energy, an intelligent force pervading the entire universe.”
Very likely Charles Silva’s contact experience in Peru served as an added component to Shirley MacLaine’s ‘David’ character in “Out On A Limb”. In Shirley’s book and film she undertakes a quest to Peru as well, where David tells of his Pleiadian contact, and teaches Shirley how to do out-of-body meditation in a mineral hot-bath; a key element in Silva’s experience with Rama. Of course, there’s no mention of Shirley Maclaine in Silva’s book, but its not hard to infer a connection that suggests a collaboration intended to promote further public awareness of the Pleiadian message.

This fundamental teaching of cosmic unity seems so deceptively simple, yet why does Earth humanity not readily embrace it. Why should beings travel hundreds of light years across space to impart basic universal understanding that humans of Earth should already know for themselves? In fact why does much of humanity react to such truth with open hostility? It would seem perhaps there is a congenital dissonance within the collective human psyche that blocks our spiritual growth. It is almost as if an artificial ‘interference’ retards the natural spiritual evolution of the human species.
This key issue is directly addressed by yet another source of ‘Pleiadian’ teachings…
In 1992, Barbara Marciniak published an anthology of channeled information, the source of which, she claimed was a collective consciousness also originating from the Pleiades. Her book was entitled; “Bringers of the Dawn”. According to her channeled material, humanity had at one time been fully aware and cognizant of its true ‘spiritual’ identity and heritage. However, over the vast span of ages, past all human record or remembrance, our enlightened race fell victim to a band of marauding extra-terrestrials who raided this reality just like modern corporate raiders–only instead of pilfering pension funds it was our collective human consciousness that was up for grabs…
“Before the raid, you had tremendous abilities. The original biogenetic example of the human was given incredible information, was inter-dimensional, and could do many things. When those creator gods raided, they found that the local species knew too much. The local species had abilities that were too much like those who were passing themselves off as God.
A biogenetic manipulation was done, and there was much destruction. There were experimental versions of the species brought onto the planet, where the original database was scattered but not destroyed. At one time, your DNA was intact. It was like a beautiful library, where information was all cataloged and referenced and you could find anything you wanted to find instantly. When the biogenetic alteration occurred to unplug the data, it was as if someone hid the reference system and pulled all of the books off the shelves and heaped them into a pile on the floor so that there was no order to them. This is how your DNA was scattered and scrambled by the raiders a long time ago.”
Marciniak’s Pleiadians also revealed that these raider-gods were a species of humanoid ‘reptilians’ that entered our world centuries ago through a dimensional portal located in the Middle East. In other words, a ‘Star-gate’…
“One of the huge portals that presently is being fought over is the portal of the Middle East. If you think back over the history of the Earth, you will recognize how many dramas of religion and civilization have been introduced in that portal… To some extent the ‘Lizzies’ have controlled this portal. They have used this area to create their underground bases and caverns, from which they operate. The ancient civilization of Mesopotamia, between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, was a space colony where a certain civilization was introduced. Kuwait sits at the mouth of this territory. This is a portal that involves manipulation of the human population to serve the needs of others.”
Of course the area she refers to is modern IRAQ!
Marciniak’s book, “Bringers of the Dawn” lends a sharpened sense of urgency to the ‘message’ offered by the Pleiadians. More than banal platitudes or insipid metaphysical mumbo-jumbo from the ‘space-brothers’, there is an urgent imperative to re-awaken Earth humanity to its true spiritual identity…
“It is time for the people of Earth to become sovereign… The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by martial law. It is the control by the psychological manipulation of consciousness, through which, reality is defined so that those who exist within it do not even realize that they are in prison. They do not even realize there is something outside of where they exist. We represent what is outside of what you have been taught exists. It is where you sometimes venture and where we want you to dwell; it is outside of where society has told you you can live. You have been controlled like sheep in a pen by those who think they own you–from the government, to the world management team to those in space…”
“Understand that you create your own reality and that every other person creates their reality. Everyone has the opportunity to wake up at any time. When you approach anything, approach it from the bigger picture. When enough people create their own reality–consciously create it–you will create a new planet. There will literally be a splitting of worlds… The concept of probabilities maintains there is no one reality and that you, yourselves, branch off into other realities continuously by your thoughts. It is not that you change the world, it is that you change which world you occupy. This goes back to the idea that the world is not solid. It is constructed of energy, and that energy takes form through the thoughts of those that participate within the world.”
Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian source also reminds us that…
“As the years unfold toward 2012, everything accelerates faster and faster. This is the result of our solar system passing through high-energy particle zones and being bombarded by them down to the subatomic level. As everything speeds up, the law of cause and effect–or how our thoughts create reality– becomes more and more obvious. In the past, what would have taken months or years for a cause, like a good or evil deed, to have its effect, will begin to happen within days, hours, and minutes. It will become blatantly obvious to all of us that we are creators of our reality, and by changing our thinking, we can change ourselves and our circumstances. This is self-empowerment.
The forces, which would turn us into soulless machine drones, work to convince us that we are powerless victims at the mercy of random forces and that we have no influence on the shape of our lives, individually and collectively. The critical choice during these years [until 2012] involve accepting personal responsibility: we must claim our power and change our lives for the better or others will claim it and enslave us.”
“[These Pleiadians] claim that they are kin to us, and that they have come back in time from their future to our present time… to help us more clearly see our choices and possibly create an alternative probability based on personal empowerment and our connection to nature. Otherwise we may end up as disempowered drones living a nightmare existence as half-human/half-machine beings.”
Reading “Bringers of the Dawn”, more than twenty years ago, was my first introduction to the outlandish idea that Earth humanity had somehow been altered by malevolent reptilian invaders. Though I could not fully reject this revelation, considering the chronic warfare and violence that has plague our race throughout history, there seemed a lack of compelling corroboration to fully accept the theory she offered. In later years, however, I discovered the research of British author/lecturer, David Icke, who independently verified the Pleiadian assertion that an off-world reptilian influence can be traced throughout human history all the way from remote antiquity to modern times.
In his book “Children of the Matrix”, Icke shares reptilian findings that are in no way connected to any of the Pleiadian contact cases or channeled messages, however it is curious that he too claims to have had a ‘spiritual’ awakening in… Peru.
Icke concludes that this reptilian influence is so subtle and pervasive that countless generations of humans have lived and perished never realizing their lives were held in a Machiavellian trap of alien invention…
“Most of the human race is so utterly indoctrinated by the externally implanted ‘norms’ that bombard their minds from the cradle to the grave that they have no comprehension that their ‘normal’ thinking is their own individual and collective prison. Such is the bewilderment, they not only contribute minute by minute to the building of their prison, they defend it ferociously from anyone who questions or challenges the foundations or assumptions on which it stands.”
Further corroboration of alien manipulation can be referenced in the book, “Not In His Image”, by John Lash. Blatant references to reptilian interference in human culture can be found in the ancient Gnostic texts discovered in Egypt in 1945, called the Nag Hammadi scrolls. What I hope to offer in this brief essay is but a thumbnail glimpse of the most essential core of the Pleiadian teachings. Over the years I’ve come to appreciate the purpose of Billy Meier’s original contact was for reasons far more profound and significant than simply showing-off razzle-dazzle flying machines. The philosophies Meier and others have shared resonate deeply with my own sense of spirituality and human potential. And through the course of my own research, I’ve become so thoroughly steeped in those ideals that I see Earth now from a ‘Pleiadian’ point of view.
However, I must confess I’ve grown increasingly pessimistic about the deteriorating condition of modern civilization, particularly since the events of 9/11 and the rise of global terrorism and the looming specter of fascist world rule. Is there any hope at all for human enlightenment?
Even Wendelle Stevens’ outlook was grim as he explained the purpose of the Pleiadian contact…
“They’re here because they’re concerned about us, their younger brothers. Our technical potentials have exceeded our spiritual capacity of handling the information and we are now in a position where we can destroy ourselves and we don’t have the spiritual development to prevent it. Because of this we have become a laboratory experiment. They are waiting to see what we are going to do. As a matter of fact, they don’t see us as solving the problem. They see us as an insane society rushing headlong to destruction—and that only a change of mass mind on a mass scale can influence it, and they don’t see this happening—and that’s staggering because its US that’s involved!”
And yet, consider once more these words from ‘alien’ Pleiadian, Semjase…

The only thing limiting the Earth-human, is the Earth-human himself.”
Now, consider these words from ‘Earth’ physicist, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf…
“At a fundamental level that is even difficult to observe, there’s one God-self. One God-self that is ALL of us. We grow from that. The whole universe grew from it, and each of the separate personalities that appeared, have grown from it with the illusion that each one is a separate individual. But actually, we’re all from the same tree.”
Dr. Wolf is not spouting metaphysical homilies from the ‘space-brothers’–he’s talking Quantum physics! In other words, call it ‘Creation’, God, the Planck Scale, the Unified Field, or the Force… we all spring from a common source of intelligent universal consciousness! Despite the dire, dark, daily headlines, an extraordinary scientific awakening of human awareness is unfolding right now! Perhaps there’s a glimmer of hope for the higher evolution Earth humanity after all!
Two brilliant best-selling films are sweeping the world– ”The Secret” and “What the ‘Bleep’ Do We Know?/Down the Rabbit Hole”. These cutting-edge documentaries feature professional doctors, physicists, psychologists, authors, philosophers, and theologians–none of whom claim to be extraterrestrial–who are all pioneering a new science and world view that encompasses and corroborates virtually all the insights originally shared by the Pleiadians.
In “What the ‘Bleep’ Do We Know?”, Dr. John Hagelin states, “All our separate consciousness, wherever there is consciousness, is merely consciousness by virtue of the fact that my consciousness–your consciousness–are ultimately that. Everything in the universe is really nothing but that. Planets, trees, people, animals; we’re all just waves of vibration of this underlying, unified, ‘super-string’ field. We are really united at our core. And ultimately the understanding that’s emerging will be that there is only ONE universal consciousness in this room, and it is you, and it is me, and it is each and every one of us. We individualize our consciousness through the filter of our nervous system, but the consciousness itself, our very inner subjectivity, the ‘self’ in the big sense–that is universal. And k nowing that; knowing it through experience is called enlightenment. And that has been called enlightenment through the ages.”
The truth is that there is fundamentally NO difference between a being ‘alive’ in the Pleiades star cluster or a human ‘alive’ on planet Earth–we are individualized expressions of a single consciousness No matter where they exist, we are them–and they are us…!
Hagelin goes on to say… “There literally are different worlds in which we live. There’s the macroscopic world that we see. There’s the world of our cells. There’s the world of our atoms; the world of our nuclei. These are each totally different worlds. They have their own language. They have their own mathematics. They’re not just small. Each is totally different, but they’re complimentary, because I am my atoms, but I am also my cells, I am also my macroscopic physiology. Its all true. They are just different levels of truth. The deepest level of truth discovered by science and by philosophy is the fundamental truth of UNITY. At that deepest sub-nuclear level of reality, you and I are literally ONE.”
For this fundamental truth of cosmic unity to be of any value, humans must gain this understanding for themselves. No matter how exalted the teacher, be it God or Extraterrestrial, the lesson is of no worth unless Earth humans can come to this realization for themselves. And now, after centuries of division, science and religion are at last finding a common ground in the understanding of spirituality through the revolutionary findings of quantum physics.
The next step on this road to self-discovery is the realization that we exist in a limitless sea of energy that is translated by our brains into the myriad forms we perceive as the ‘reality’ of this world; rocks, trees, houses, birds, moons, planets and galaxies. The illusion of solid, three dimensional objects are simply manifestations of energies as ephemeral as pure thought–such is the definition of the unified field–a the underlying universal fabric of pure potentiality.
Yet human consciousness acts upon this raw potential… The daily ‘reality’ we experience is the reflection of the predominant focus of our individual and collective consciousness.
Author, Lisa Nichols in “The Secret” observes… “Your life is the physical manifestation of the thoughts that go on in your head. The mind is actually shaping the very thing that is being perceived.”
Even the Holy Bible confirms this fundamental truth… “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” [Proverbs 23:7]
The humans of Earth have fallen victim to an insidious, pervasive and crippling illusion that they are separate from God. Based on this lie, humans invent monolithic religions, governments, corporations and such, thinking all these external constructs will somehow bring them security and salvation, and yet invariably these constructs only serve to guarantee deeper human enslavement.
Spiritual self-awareness is the key to liberation, but enlightenment is a tricky business, that’s why the Pleiadian armada does not land at the Super-bowl– humanity doesn’t sufficiently recognize its own god-self to handle such a grand encounter. To be of any value this realization must come from the inside out.
And yet, Earth-humans are finally awakening to their fundamental spiritual awareness in greater numbers worldwide. I find this tremendously exciting and encouraging. We stand at the threshold of this incredible opportunity to reclaim our birthright as expressions of divine consciousness; to cast off this false identity as helpless slaves and victims, to reclaim our sovereignty and ultimately transform this planet from a prison into a paradise!
St. Francis of Assisi said, “ What we are looking for is what is looking.” Or simply put, the “FORCE” has been with you always… because the FORCE is YOU!
Jesus said, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God.” And when asked; where is that Kingdom, Jesus replied, “The Kingdom of God is within you.” [Luke 17:21]
And then Jesus replied, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said ye are gods?” [John 10:31]
